I just thought that for the amount of money per room, a free breakfast would have made it worthwhile.

Clean comfortable & friendly & convenient

The rooms large, soundproof with the closet right behind the sink and air conditioner and a very comfortable bed. The location amazing and excellent to galleria mall. Also - not far from eateries and attractions and restaurants.

Room was great. Hotel overall was very quiet.Snacks in the market were fairly priced.

The location left something to be desired. It was close enough to the city to make going there for dinner easy enough. However being in an commercial/business area didn't afford the ability to really walk anywhere.

Comfortable bed and clean room.

The price was a little high versus other hotels in the area.

The setting was excellent, right by the rooms, facilities, eateries, and the downtown area and the shopping centers. It also was close to the train station.

Very, very clean!

The pullout bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Bad! 1 small bottle of 1 and one Budweiser at the "shop"= $24.98 ridiculous!!

Very clean room. Comfortable bed and linens. Quiet at night without doors slamming. Staff was friendly and very helpful

Wasn't 't much I didn't like except the location was not as close to my final destination but that was my mistake. Having said that, I have no regrets staying there.

The people in the room down the hall allowed their kids to run up and down the hall to the pool all night long. Was hard trying to put a 1 year old to sleep.

It was a peaceful and quiet.

Too pricey for just the basics

We explored the Walkway Over the Hudson and enjoyed the on-site fitness center with a Peloton bike. The spacious lobby and friendly staff. Plus, it's conveniently located for easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend for group getaways!

The beds were too soft for my liking, making it a bit uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

The location was wonderful.

When I arrived I was greeted by a box of pizza that had green pizza inside and a room smelling like old cheese. They offered me free breakfast and a new room but the new room had dried food on the desk and towels with hair and makeup on them.

We checked in at 8:30 pm and the cashier at the bistro seemed put off that she had to wait on us.

I had a lovely stay with a comfortable bed and great shower pressure. The bathroom design was convenient, and the food area provided excellent customer service. Everything was as expected, no surprises!

I liked the location...

I not like the way the bartender treated us two nights in a row...we got to the bar about 7 minutes before closing and didn't say hi or hello she just looked at us and said " you have 5 minutes" wow!!!! The next night I went for a fork and it was the same reaction... My boyfriend and I have never treated so pourly at any place we stayed at before...I Accompanied him to visit the collage he when to....CIA... We are both in service the industry and we would never treat anyone like that...it was also noisey... We could hear every and anything that passed by...
